The Shedd Aquarium is one of the oldest continually operating aquariums in the U.S. and the third largest aquarium in the Western Hemisphere. We highly recommend this stop for people traveling with kids.

Christkindlmarket Chicago
One of our favorite holiday traditions, the Christkindlmarket is a German Christmas market offering plenty of bites to eat, gifts, and other treats. There are multiple locations, but we love the Wrigley Field location as it is less crowded and in our neighborhood.
Lincoln Park Zoo Zoolights
The Lincoln Park Zoo is a free zoo, offering family entertainment for all. Zoolights tickets do cost $7-12 and should be purchased in advance. Attend this fun, family friendly activity to stroll the park and see the zoo fully decked out for the holidays.
