Shuttle

Shuttle to Wedding Ceremony + Reception Dinner

April 2, 2026 1:30 pm - 6:00 pm

To try and make transportation as easy as possible for you all, we will be taking care of transportation to the ceremony and also to the reception dinner. We will have a shuttle arriving at Paris Hotel + leaving promptly at 1:30 PM, if you are unable to make it in time please plan for other accommodations to arrive at venue no later than 2:00 PM. We will then be transported to our dinner reservation, departing at 5:30 PM with pickup location to be announced.

Flight

Southwest + Spirit + Allegiant + American + Delta

There are many affordable + flexible options for flights to Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). Please choose your airline and dates that work best for you! NOTE: While your safe arrival is our top priority, flight delays are common. If you're planning to arrive on Wednesday or Thursday, we recommend an early departure to give yourself a little extra cushion for any potential delays into LAS.

Just a quick call out to have ride share apps downloaded prior to arriving! To each their own as far as transportation goes, but this would be a great thing to have on hand and ready to go in the event you choose to use it!

We understand that a destination wedding takes a bit more planning for everyone, and we truly encourage you to do what’s best for YOU! While we’re gathering to celebrate our commitment to each other, we also recognize that everyone’s situation is different, and that’s okay! Only able to join us for the ceremony and reception? Totally fine! Want to make a whole vacation out of it? Go for it! Thinking of staying just a day or two, or choosing an Airbnb over a hotel? That works too! Please know we’re just as flexible as you are- having you there will mean the world to us in whatever way works best for you.
