How far are the "events" from the hotel?

Answer

We made this a piece of cake for you! Beer Park + Alexxas are both located right in front of Paris Hotel so no need to plan for Ubers/transportation for either of these events and we have scheduled a shuttle to transport guests to the ceremony + back to drop off at Alexxas for dinner!

We understand personal schedules and other factors can impact your arrival! We encourage you to do what works best for you, please review the schedule we’ve shared to help you decide what makes the most sense.

Roughly, how much will this trip cost me?

Answer

Valid question! Again, we shared our date in advance so you all had time to plan, save, and prepare with an appropriate notice. While most flight schedules are only set 6 months or so in advance, there are many airline options + airports to choose from to get the best deal. We also recommend checking one-way flights among different airlines to see if it is more cost effective based on flight schedules + availability. For hotel accommodations, our choice of Paris Hotel + Casino was specifically with cost in mind. This has been a location we have stayed at before with great access to attractions, casinos, and food with affordable rates and more details noted in our travel section. For any other additions to your trip, that is entirely up to you as far as what you are comfortable spending.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Of course ASAP is preferred, but we understand other obligations can get planned during this time. We shared our date with you in advance with hopes you would be able to make appropriate accommodations as soon as possible, but we are kindly requesting RSVP's to be confirmed by 11.01.2025.
