Chautauqua Park
These trails will take you up to the iconic peaks of Boulder. There are a variety of trails from 1/2 hour hikes to all day hikes if you prefer.
Left Hand Brewing Company
Tasting room with a variety of microbrews, a patio, tours on weekends & special events. ~This is one of Molly and I's favorite places to frequent during the week!
Avery Brewing Company
Molly and I worked here together for 3 years, she is still employed here. This is a great brewery to check out and spend the afternoon. Serving house beers including some offbeat styles & a brewpub menu plus tours & dog-friendly patio.
Mount Evans
The Mount Evans Scenic Byway, just 60 miles west of Denver, is the highest paved road in North America. A day trip to the top is a journey that snakes and climbs through nearly 9,000 feet of elevation gain, from the high plains of Denver through five climate zones to the 14,264-foot summit of Mount Evans, one of 54 peaks in Colorado that soar to 14,000 feet and above – the famous “fourteeners.”
Estes Park
Outdoor recreation abounds in Estes Park, located only 40 minutes from Longmont. Surrounded by the protected lands of Rocky Mountain National Park and Roosevelt National Forest, there is no limit to the types or levels of Colorado adventures you can have here.
