The wedding Venue has parking next to the lodge and overflow parking across the street. Staff will be there to direct you at the destination.
Plan on 45 minute drive from Boulder and an hour from Longmont.
Absolutely! The ranch has an upstairs area that will accommodate the wedding part and all of its guests in the event of any inclement weather.
There is a short gravel path from the reception area to the ceremony area. Its about a 5 minute walk but there are some rocks to traverse. You should plan on wearing comfortable shoes, high heeled stilettos are probably not the best idea. :) Other than that, there is a lawn area which you may want to keep in mind that dust and mud are a possibility.
We have not provided transportation for anyone other than the wedding party. Since this is a somewhat remote small town, private/public transportation is very limited. Plan to carpool or be responsible for your own transportation down the mountain.
In the event that your transportation plans fall through or there is an unexpected turn of events, its absolutely fine to leave your car there. They mentioned that they didn't want a massive amount of cars left but a few left behind is no problem at all. They did not want to make people feel that moving a car is a must, especially at the expense of someone's safety.
