Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. The dress code will be semi-formal. No need for full tuxedos, but no jeans either. Dresses, nice pantsuits, dress pants, skirts, chino pants, khakis, etc. are all acceptable. Also - only the Bride will be in a white dress!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, Tinker House has a lot of available parking right outside of their building in their lot, so there will be no need for parking garages or street parking.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will indicate if you’ve been given a “plus one.” If there is any confusion on this, please ask. Anyone that was not invited or anyone that brings a date that did not RSVP cannot attend the event as we need to have a definite headcount before the wedding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Same as the question about the date. Your invitation will indicate who all has been invited to the wedding. If you have kids, you may see on your invitation that they are a part of your party. If this is not stated on the invitation we ask that only the people listed on the invitation and have RSVP’d are attending.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

No. Austin and I both do not drink alcohol. We also have many quests that are traveling and we want to ensure everyone’s safety with getting home from the venue at the end of the night.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No, this is prohibited at our venue.
