FAQs

Question

Dress Code

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to wear black. Think timeless and elegant—suits or tuxedos for men, and floor-length gowns or dressy midis for women. For men, a black suit with a white shirt is ideal; a black tie or bow tie is optional. You know the bride loves a high-fashion moment, so if you’ve been waiting for the perfect excuse to wear that tux or gown — this is it! That said, dressy midis and chic suits are equally welcome. Please note: The venue includes both grass and pavement, so plan footwear accordingly. Since the wedding will take place in the mountains, we also recommend bringing a stylish coat or wrap for the cooler evening temps.

Question

Whats the shuttle situation?

Answer

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided for guests traveling between Wolf Creek and the venue. Shuttle #1: Departs from Wolf Creek at 3:00 PM Shuttle #2: Departs from Wolf Creek at 3:15 PM (this will be the final shuttle departing from Wolf Creek prior to the ceremony) At the conclusion of the evening, the return shuttle service will operate on a continuous loop between the venue and Wolf Creek beginning at 9:00 PM. The final departure from the venue will be at 10:20 PM. We kindly encourage guests planning to use the shuttle to arrive promptly to ensure timely transportation.

Question

Answer

Please check your invitation for information on your +1.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding will be an adults-only event.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to enjoy a glass of champagne, find your seat, and get settled before the 4pm ceremony begins.

Question

What will dinner look like?

Answer

Because of the unique setting, we won’t be doing a traditional sit-down dinner—but rest assured, there will be plenty of delicious food to enjoy all night long. Our motto says it best: “Less wedding, more party!”

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) will take place outdoors. Please note: The venue includes both grass and pavement, so plan footwear accordingly. Since the wedding will take place in the mountains, we also recommend bringing a stylish coat or wrap for the cooler evening temps.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Welcome to Liberty, Utah! Nestled in the Wasatch Mountains, Liberty is a stunning spot in the summer, with beautiful views and fresh mountain air. Keep in mind: Liberty typically runs about 10 degrees cooler than Salt Lake City, so even if it’s hot down in the valley, it’ll feel more comfortable up here. In June, you can expect afternoon highs around 75°F, with mornings often starting in the 50s. Once that sun goes down, it can be a bit chilly, so pack accordingly — a light jacket or shawl is recommended.

Question

Is altitude high?

Answer

YES. Liberty sits at about 5,000+ ft — stay hydrated! Pace yourself if hiking or drinking, and bring chapstick and lotion for dryness!
