We love your children, but we cannot accommodate guests that are not listed on your invitation. We hope you use this opportunity as a date night!

Can I bring a Plus One?

Due to the venue's capacity, we're only able to have who we formally invited. Thank you for understanding.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors in the courtyard of the Beaufort Inn. The cocktail hour will be on two boats with an indoor cabin & outdoor deck. The reception will be under a tent in the backyard of the Sullivan residence.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Parking is widely available throughout downtown Beaufort. You may park right in front of the hotel or a few blocks away and keep your car there all weekend no matter where you're staying. For the cocktail hour, the boats will take all guests to the reception. For the reception venue, ground transportation will be provided before and after the reception for those who choose not to board the boats.

Do I have to ride on the boat for the cocktail hour?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to join the bridal party on the two boats we've rented for the cocktail hour to get to the reception. However, if you're not comfortable on a boat, there will be separate transportation on the road to get to and from the reception.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that everyone arrive with enough time to park and be in their seats ahead of the ceremony. Thirty minutes ahead of the ceremony time is perfect.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We're hiring a professional photographer and videographer to capture the moment so everyone can be present in it.
