Rate: Friday $249 | Saturday $269 Check-in time is 4pm and the hotel is located less than 5 minutes from downtown Mystic. The room block is available for Friday night as well for anyone interested, but a two night minimum is not required. All reservations must be completed by September 20 to receive the special room rate.

Shuttle

To Reception

There will be a shuttle service to transport from the Hilton Mystic to Engine Room. All guests attending (regardless of hotel accomodations) are invited to park at the Hilton Mystic and utilize the shuttle transportation due to the extremely limited parking in downtown Mystic. We ask that everyone please be in the front or lobby area for 5:30pm to await pickup so we can ensure that the buses are able to leave and get you to the main event on time!
