Can I bring a plus one?

We kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend our celebration. Your presence is truly important to us and we want to keep this day intimate and special. Thank you so much for understanding.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We are having an adults only wedding. Think of it as a “date night” out to enjoy an evening of dinner and dancing together.

Where do I park?

Answer

If you are attending the wedding and not staying over night we will cover your valet fee. Please let valet know you are with the Thompson/Phillips wedding. Street parking is available for free if you find a convenient spot.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please dress in formal attire. Suits and dresses are encouraged. No jeans or casual wear please. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Can we leave early?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to stay to celebrate with us for the duration of the wedding, which will be a 5 hour event. Every moment has been thoughtfully planned, and your presence means so much to us. We look forward to celebrating together from start to finish!

What if I RSVP “yes” but can no longer attend?

Answer

We understand that plans change. If you are no longer able to attend, please let us know at least 72 hours before the wedding so we can adjust accordingly.

Can I bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

You are absolutely welcome to bring a gift to the wedding - we will have a designated table for cards and gifts. However, since we have not yet finalized our living arrangements, we kindly ask that any gifts from our registry be shipped directly to our home or to a wedding shower instead. We appreciate your generosity and understanding.

Will the wedding ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Our evening ceremony will be indoors in the Grand Hall at the Mayo Hotel.
