We met through mutual friends one late evening in Los Angeles, months later Catarina was out with friends she ran into Brandon and his friends, they briefly spoke and went about their evenings, weeks went by before Catarina would run into Brandon again this time Brandon was a bit too wasted but asked for Catarina's number. Another month or two would go by before Brandon finally messaged Catarina. It was definitely nothing special, In the text he wrote, " Happy Valentines Day" attached was a photo of some red socks he was wearing. Catarina was not impressed so she ignored him for weeks. There was ALOT of brief messages back and forth over the year with zero plans to ever meet. FINALLY after a year of ghosting each other, Brandon invited Catarina to Napa, They visited Castello di Amorosa, they instantly connected, had great chemistry, laughed, drank lots of wine and ended the evening at Farmstead. Since that day in Napa Catarina and Brandon began to spend more time with each other, bonding over travel, hiking and wine tasting.

Many of you know the story of how Brandon was head over heels over this mystery girl that never showed her face that was Catarina, very reserved and private about her new relationship with Brandon and although things were going great she felt as there was no reason to make any sort of change or announcement. While they had lots of spectators looking in wondering about Catarina. Little did many know Brandon and Catarina had gone through one of the toughest times of their lives in the first year together from a near death experience during their adventures in Arizona to sadly Catarina becoming ill and fighting through the worse. Catarina knew one day she would marry this man they've already gone through the worse, over the years their love became stronger and stronger and crazier and crazier, each adventure truly tested their trust and love for each other.

Do you guys remember in 2017 when the terrorist level was a level 3 in Turkey ? Catarina and Brandon had booked and planned a trip to Turkey during this time and a day before their departure they received an email from the airline about the risk of flying into a level 3 terrorist country, their response... "You only live once" "At least we will die doing what we love" a couple of crazies I tell ya! that's not even the end of that story! When they finally landed in Istanbul, Turkey. They lost each other! for 3 hours! at the airport. Brandon panicked and thought Catarina had been kidnapped and reported her missing, walking aimlessly through the airport, heart pounding, fearing the worse, long story short it was a long flight for Catarina she was so sleepy and decided to lay down at the baggage claim area while Brandon left to retrieve their bags at some point Catarina woke up and thought Brandon had left her! So she ends up leaving the airport dazed and confused LOL! The first 3 years were a bliss! lots of "We almost died again!" TO "I love you, we will get through this together" TO "I'm dating an asian man how did that happen ?" LOL! To "I am so lucky to have you"

After 4 years of creating beautiful memories, testing their faith and finally meeting closest friends and family. Catarina and Brandon had created a beautiful life together. Over the moon for each other Catarina knew it was time for a change. She planned for months thought of ways to make their birthday special. She planned a birthday brunch in Malibu for the both of them inviting Brandon's closest friends. Absolutely no one, no one expected what was about to happen next... After brunch we headed to an intimate part of the cafe, friends gathered for a group photo and Catarina began to have everyone circle around Brandon. Everyone still not sure what was about to happen, Catarina makes an announcement and immediately begins to cry, Brandons confused.... Catarina begins to speak " Babe you are everything to me, my entire world I love you, today is about how special you are to me, without you I am nothing, you brought me back to life, you are my sun my moon and all my stars..... " Brandon catches dust in his eyes, still confused..... as Catarina kneels, Brandon catches more dust in his eye and begins to step back..... She then asked.... "WILL YOU MARRY ME?" Brandon yells, Yes! yes! And that is "Au Love Story " so here we are today about to start the next chapter of our life as one.
