Kindly RSVP by May 1, 2026, so we can finalize all the details and make sure there’s a seat (and a slice of cake!) just for you.
The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. We ask that you wear attire such as knee-length or midi dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or dressy separates for women, and suits or blazers with dress trousers, button-down shirts, and dress shoes for men. The venue does have a dirt path leading up to the amphitheater, so shoes with a chunkier heel or flats may be the most comfortable. Avoid anything too casual likes jeans or a polo, but don’t worry — no tuxedo required!
Please prepare to arrive at the amphitheater by 2:45 p.m. so you have time to get seated and settled before the ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 p.m.
We'll have two 24-passenger shuttles ready and waiting at Crestwood Condominiums in Snowmass Village to whisk you away to the ceremony! Shuttles will load at 2:00 PM and depart at 2:15 PM, arriving at the ceremony site by 2:45 PM. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to the amphitheater (slightly uphill) — so sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride!
We love your little ones, but due to the limited capacity of our venue (only 50 guests in the amphitheater), we kindly ask that both the ceremony and reception remain an adults-only celebration. We truly appreciate your understanding as we work within these space constraints.
We have a specific guest list due to limited space. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Please reach out to Seth or Emily for any specific questions.
There are three airport options to consider: Denver International Airport (DIA), Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE), and Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE). Denver (DIA) is typically the most budget-friendly choice, though it requires a scenic 3.5 to 4-hour drive to Aspen. Aspen (ASE) is the closest airport—just minutes from town—but flights can be more expensive than those into Denver. Eagle (EGE) is about 1.5 to 2 hours from Aspen, with airfare generally comparable to Aspen's pricing.
Yes! The Crestwood Condominiums, where our reception will be held, is offering a special discount for our wedding guests. Please reach out to Tyler Dame (tylerd@thecrestwood.com) to book your accommodation with the discounted price. You’ll also find a list of additional nearby hotel options under the Travel tab on our website. We recommend booking your lodging ASAP, as Aspen gets very busy in the summer! We hope you find the perfect place to relax and enjoy the weekend!

Parking at the ceremony site is very limited—only 5 passes are available—so we kindly ask guests to ride the shuttle we have organized. If you are bringing your own vehicle, there is the option to reserve a parking spot. You can reserve a spot using this link: https://www.visitmaroonbells.com/maroon-bells-parking-reservations/ For the reception, parking will be available in the Crestwood Condominiums lot if you have booked a room there. If you are staying elsewhere or have more than one vehicle per room, there is free parking in all of the Village Lots and the Base Village Parking Garage. We appreciate your flexibility!
No need to worry about a ride home! The shuttles will be waiting at the ceremony site and will depart for Crestwood Condominiums at 4:15 PM. If you are driving your own vehicle, you can park at the Crestwood Condominiums if you are staying there. If you are staying elsewhere, parking in all of the Village Lots and the Base Village Parking Garage is free during the summer.
Absolutely! We want everyone to enjoy the celebration comfortably. Please let Seth and Emily know about any dietary restrictions or allergies by May 1, 2026, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
