As Meredith Grey would say, Amanda is my person. We met 13 years ago on the steps at Belmont, and haven't looked back. We've traveled all over the US for concerts, camped at bonaroo, and spent 22 hours together in a car driving back from New York. Amanda is smart, funny, and one of the most knowledgeable music lovers you'll cross paths with. If you want to meet the best friend you could ever have, you should spend some time with Amanda. We were always together usually up to no good. Now I get the joy of watching him as a father to my Goddaughter Alina. Wow...he must really trust me to give me the title of Godfather. Lizzie and I met in a college church group, and bonded over tacos and white wine. She's effortlessly beautiful as well as effortlessly cool. She always knows how to make you laugh, and shows up with cake when you get engaged (true story), She'll be your biggest fan, and your most fun nights out. Everyone needs a friend like Lizzie. Addam not only made me feel like part of the Moody family from the day I met him, but also puts up with me being an obnoxious LSU fan. Nicole came into my life a few months before Nicholas and I started dating, but oddly enough they were also great friends. Nicole and I bonded over John Mayer, Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance with Somebody", and Bob Goff. We are eerily similar, but also balance each other out. The drumline is the heartbeat of the band and Blake and I had the beat. We were both part of the infamous LHS Mighty Lion marching band and travelled the world with drumsticks in our hand. Later on in life we would spend time chasing bears in the Smoky Mountains and throwing amazing welcome back parties for our friends. OH the adventures me and this girl have had! Leah is my festival loving, bohemian free spirit. We first found our friendship at Hangout Fest, dancing to Florence and the Machine on the beach. From there, we've had some of life's greatest adventures. From Ellen, to Vegas, to LA in the Hot Seat, this gal has been a friend like no other. And she does it all with a big smile and the best laugh. Oh and if you see someone clogging on the dance floor, that's my girl Leah. Alex got the fortunate joy of becoming a "Batavia Boy" with me. From back porch singalongs that lasted throughout the night to touring the country in a minivan we've had some wild rides.
