You may arrive earlier, but cabins will be ready at 3p. Once your cabin is ready, you can drive your car up to your cabin to unload; otherwise, all cars should stay in the parking lot.
Dinner
4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Grab a bite (and an arrival beer), play a round of cornhole with a new or old friend, and settle in :) If you're arriving later, don't panic! Leftovers will be available in the Tatoosh lodge refrigerator.
Nature Walk with Kathleen (Optional)

Feeling like stretching your legs after a long day of travel? Meet at the Tatoosh Lodge for a guided one-mile walk through one of the maintained Wellspring trails. Led by Kathleen, our dear friend and resident tide pool expert.

Ceremony

Ok first of all, the the ceremony is not 45 minutes long, so don't worry. Second, allow at least 15-20 minutes from the Tatoosh Lodge to walk the trail to the ceremony site. Seriously. Third, please make sure you eat something beforehand! "Dinner" won't be served until 3:30p, plus the altitude, plus the forest walk...it's all a lot.
Cocktail Hour
2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

We will all be spending some time at the forest sanctuary following the ceremony. It's just too pretty to spend only 20 minutes in!! You will then be directed back to the meadow for cocktail hour and apps at 2:30p.
Dinner

If you think about it, most of our stomachs will still be on east coast time, so "dinner" totally works here.
Late Night Food

Hike in Mt. Rainier National Park (Optional)

You are welcome to head down the road to the park entrance any time you want, though this being peak wildflower season, the lines will start to get long as early as 9am. Hike recommendations of all levels will be listed in your welcome packet.
Yoga with Britt (Optional)
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Bring a towel from your cabin and head to the meadow, where our lovely friend and tae kwon do black belt extraordinaire, Britt, will lead you in a 30-minute slow flow. Breathe in, breathe out, and admire the butt in front of you.
