Maid of Honor
I met Keana in high school. We used to get mistaken as sisters since we’re both half Asian. Some of my favorite memories with her involve us attempting to build Ikea furniture, glamping, and getting lost on the NYC subway.
Best Man
Started out as college roommates, we goofed, wondered, and explored together. Hidden behind his love for chicken nuggets and stuffed animals are his unwavering dedication to our friendship. Trust built through long car ride talks, honest thoughts, and the BP games he carried.
Maid of Honor
My older sister and one-sided partner in crime (because she always got blamed for little Audrey’s mischievousness). We’re 8 years apart and love teasing our Mom together.
Best Man
My biggest I Gotchu Hypeman who always knows a way to make it fun. Never stops to go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and part of something bigger. Countless memories deep, but few will top the Costco run, ballet, and the BP games he carried (I get carried a lot in BP and they’re both really good).
Bridesmaid
Kristie and I met freshman year of high school, then went to Indiana for college together. From late-night food runs in college to exploring her new neighborhood in New York this summer, we’ve got many great memories together.
Groomsman
Can’t imagine coming out of the post-UT struggles without this guy around. Can always count on him to be there for you even when he’s having a terrible day, like when he slices his drives… for 18 holes. That one Tuesday in Summer 2014 and TaeYang were the early defining moments of our friendship.
Bridesmaid
Yuria and I met in middle school. Through the years we’ve had many sleepovers, explored Tokyo as teenagers, and enjoyed many glasses of wine as adults.
Groomsman
Your picturesque K-Pop dance instructor who knows no fear on the dance floor. He may start the G-chat, but is never the one to finish. He is an alien.
Bridesmaid
My sweet sister in law. We love trading stories about Taehoon while sipping bubble tea.
Groomsman
You may mistake him for his late arrivals to parties, but truth be told it’s a calculated move to make his grand entrance to catch up. Pledging to show up to the wedding on time, watch out for Justy92 as he garners all my drinks above 8. I will run on crutches for him if I have to.
Officiant
We asked my lovely Aunt to officiate our wedding. She watched me grow up and turn into the woman that I am today. I’ve always looked to her for words of wisdom and am so excited for her to be a part of our wedding.
