Hotel
Guests can book rooms using the reservation link below until June 30, 2026 or by calling the hotel directly and referencing the hotel room block for Audrey/Owen. This is the preferred hotel, as we are providing shuttle service from The Towneplace Suites Hotel, to the White Crow prior to our ceremony, and back to The Towneplace Suites Hotel following our reception. When you receive your formal invitation, please mark if you will be utilizing shuttle services. Timing for shuttle services will be available at that time to plan your travels accordingly.

Flight
For guests who would prefer to fly we recommend flying to Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) and making the ~2 hour drive to Banner Elk. Some guests may find flight options at the following regional airports: - Tri-Cities Regional Airport (TRI): ~1 hour 20 min drive to Banner Elk - Asheville Regional Airport (AVL): ~2 hour drive to Banner Elk - Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO): ~2 hour drive to Banner Elk - Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU): ~3 hour drive to Banner Elk

There are also lots of cabin rentals in Banner Elk, Sugar Mountain and Boone. Check out Airbnb, VRBO, Carolina Cabin Rentals, and Blue Ridge Rentals. Some cabins can be fairly remote, so be sure to check the distance from the venue.
