When should we RSVP by?

Answer

Once you receive your formal invitation, the deadline to RSVP is June 20th.

Will The Ceremony Be Inside Or Outside?

Answer

Both! Weather permitting, we are planning on getting married outside overlooking the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains! The cocktail hour and reception will be indoor/outdoor with plenty of outdoor walking trails to take in the 360 degree views.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttles available to and from the venue for those booking through our hotel block. Please find more information related to shuttles on the Travel page. There is no Uber/Lyft in Banner Elk.

Is There Parking At The Venue?

Answer

There is limited parking at the White Crow, so we do highly suggest carpooling if you plan to drive. We encourage taking the transportation provided. What is the wedding attire?

The requested attire is Black Tie Optional! Guests are invited and encouraged to help us celebrate in style! Ladies, think of longer formal summer dresses or a dressier cocktail midi dress. Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to limited seating. We hope you can take a night off and join us to enjoy an exciting evening with friends and family!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding! We look forward to you celebrating this day with us!

Will the ceremony be unplugged?

Answer

Our ceremony is unplugged—please put away the phones and soak in the mountain views.
