Wedding Party

Take a moment to meet the people who will be standing alongside us!

Nate Hager

Best Man

Nate is my younger brother, as well as my little brother. We shared a room up until Chris went to college, so we spent plenty of time together. Nate was not always the first one to want to throw a football with us, but he was always the hardest worker out of the brothers. He really lives by the mentality that you can work your way out of anything. He is standing next to me because he has a marriage that is truly inspiring. Amy and Nate could not be more different, but they love each other so well and model a biblical marriage. I have thoroughly enjoyed watching him become a father and be such a good dad to Nora and Freddie.

Ali Hedges

Matron of Honor

Ali and I have been buds since elementary, when she, Megan (Stepleton) Fenton and I would go for countless walks, make prank calls, and quote Dumb and Dumber. We spent high school sharing growing pains as they started relationships with their now husbands, and tried to avoid the ornery hijinx of Meg's brother Andrew and the neighborhood boys. Ali went to Miami for college, and when I followed the next year, we grew closer. On her own, she is a thoughtful, caring friend who always lends a listening ear and is willing to lend a hand. When she married Will, I got to stand beside her, and together, they have shown me an example of how marriage can grow more beautiful every year.

Chris Hager

Groomsman

Chris is my older brother, as well as my little brother. If you read Nate's bio, you can pick up on a theme here. Chris was my best friend and worst enemy growing up. We would be tossing the football in the front yard one minute, and be wrestling on the ground the next because of what someone said. We are the epitome of "brotherly love". Chris is extremely smart and has always been an asset in that way with the family farm and helping me with things throughout the years. Chris is standing with me because I have been able to watch Jeanette and Chris' marriage for basically my whole adult life. Chris is a great girl dad and I have enjoyed watching him grow as a man as a father.

Kaci Jones

Maid of Honor

Kaci and I met in first grade and bonded instantly as "The Jones Girls". We traded lunches, spent a ton of time with one another, and 'dated' best friends at the ripe age of 10- ha! As years have passed, we have been states apart for long periods of time, but when we get together for a visit, it's like no time has passed at all. We've been through the lows of middle school akwardity to the highs of taking in the beauty of creation hiking Yosemite, navigating life as young single professionals and dog moms, and all things in between. Kaci is confident, adventurous, creative and hardworking, and when we're together, there's bound to be a little mischief, a lot of belly laughs.

Nick Fields

Groomsman

I first met Fields my senior football season. He was a true freshman and was best known for being the scout team punter where he got destroyed every week. He ended up being the starting kickoff man, so it worked out for him. A couple years later, my mom told me Cori started dating a football player, and I was happy to hear it was Fields. I had gotten to know him through our mutual involvement in FCA, so I knew she found a Christian man. The rest is history and Nick is my brother-in-law and my Mom's favorite son-in-law as he likes to say. He has been a big asset to the family farm and has found his niche place and is actively learning. I have enjoyed watching him love my baby sister well and grow as a man. I am so happy he will be standing with me.

Jamie Castor

Bridesmaid

Jaime and I met in a class at OSU-Lima, but our friendship took hold when we both worked selling motorclothes at Lima Harley, and we've been tight ever since. From navigating the waters of the adult dating world, to the much more enjoyable ones we float on during our annual canoeing trips, she has never steered me wrong. Her loyalty is evidenced by the lifelong friendships she nurtures, and she's a master of bringing people together. I can count on her to tell it like it is, no matter what. (Unless I'm asking for the Jaimeburger recipe!) Standing with Jaime as she married Ryan, and seeing how they built their marriage has given me valuable perspective into what really matters in a relationship: two people, loving one another, and working day by day to honor their promise. Thanks boo!

Keli'ikuewa Kekuewa

Groomsman

Keli'i is my brother from the Big Island of Hawaii. I met him my sophomore year of college. He came home with me so much for holidays that he is truly family. We were roommates for our Junior and Senior year so we spent plenty of time together and worked through the good and bad of college life together. I remember sitting in the back of Ziggys reading a bible with him and some other guys. We came across Revelation 3:15-16 where it speaks about being lukewarm is worse than being hot or cold. We decided at that moment we did not want to be lukewarm anymore. We grew as Christian men together and I was so proud to get to stand with him for his wedding. I know he is loving Namele like Jesus loves the church and I am honored he is standing with me.

Libby Brodman

Bridesmaid

My Libby! We met during the soul-harvesting struggle that only those who have endured nursing school can appreciate. Once again, the Lord at work; He knew we needed our friendship! From long days of studying how to choose the "best answer" over the "right answers", we've figured out which battles are worth picking, and that life has more than one path to take. She is the one you want in your corner, whether you're in a medical crisis, or you just need some comic relief. Nobody works harder, and she makes no excuses. When I found my "best answer" in Nick, Libby was one of the first to meet him. With her thumbs up, I knew he was a keeper. Her marriage to Ty exemplifies the way friendship, faith, respect and humor can culminate in a love strong enough to conquer all.

Justin Vorhees

Groomsman

I have known Justin since we were little, playing baseball together at the Buckland Ballpark. I could ride the four wheeler to Buckland to spend time with him and the neighborhood guys. As we got older, we just continued to get along and he is one of my dear friends. Justin is always willing to lend a hand and we have helped each other out more than once. He is definitely one of those friends where we have a mutual, "I got you" understanding. I have enjoyed getting to watch Justin and Sarah love each other and their new blessing, Nora, and model another great biblical marriage as Audrey and I get to spend time with them on a regular basis as country neighbors.

Cori Fields

Bridesmaid

You know by now how I met Cori, and I'm not sure to this day what we talked about or how she decided I'd got the seal of approval. I'm the younger sister of two brothers, and I know how big of a deal that is. Trusting someone with your lifelong, closest guys is a big deal! (Hannah is the ultimate hype woman, so I'm sure her input didn't hurt... ;) As we've grown closer, I've come to appreciate Cori's fierce loyalty, persistent faithfulness and love for her family. She's going to officially be my younger sister, but I find myself often gleaning wisdom from the conversations we have that is beyond her years. Though I wasn't around yet for the start of her marriage to Nick (Fields), in the present I admire how they hold their marriage bond in esteem over anything else in the world.

Drew Erb

Groomsman

Drew and I have went to school together our whole lives, but we didn't become good friends until we started playing football together in middle school. He played on the Chiefs with Justin in youth football, but I played on the Warriors. We had a lot of classes together throughout high school, but our senior year we had every class together except first mod (he wasn't much of an agriculturalist). That gave us a lot of opportunity to enjoy senioritis together. We enjoy thought provoking board games and talking sports all the time now and he is one of my dear friends who I know is always up to just hang out. Audrey and I enjoy spending time with Drew and Nicole and I am looking forward to seeing him be such a great Dad to Nova.
