Travel Note
Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding! There will be pick up locations at each of the room block accommodations as well as an additional pick up spot in a central location (exact location TBD). If you are staying outside of the room block and would like to utilize the provided transportation, please let the couple know where you will be staying so we can help you determine which pick up stop will be most convenient for you! Flight
Denver (DIA): The largest and most accessible airport, offering the most flight options and often lowest fares. It is about 2–2.5 hours from Vail by car, but can be affected by traffic and weather. Eagle (EGE): The closest airport to Vail, located about 35 miles away—approximately a 45-minute drive. It’s a smaller, more convenient airport with a quick and scenic transfer to Vail, though flights may be more limited and sometimes higher in price. Both airports have shuttle services, rental cars, and private transportation options available to get you to Vail. The Town of Vail Transit Department provides free convenient, year-round bus service throughout Vail. Bus schedule can easily be found on the Town of Vail website. Please consider taking the bus for any of your travel needs throughout the weekend!
