For the comfort and convenience of our guests, complimentary shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the welcome party and the wedding venue. Welcome Party: 6:30pm Pick up from Hotel Trio and Downtown Healdsburg. 3 North St. and the West Plaza Lot Wedding Day: Shuttles will operate throughout the evening with scheduled pickup and return service from the following locations at 4:00pm: Hotel Trio A central downtown Healdsburg pickup location 3 North St. and the West Plaza Lot We ask that you arrive at 3:50pm for your departure at 4:00pm.
