Audrey & Huston

Q&A

The Wedding Website of Huston Snyder and Audrey Lama
Question

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

If weather permits, the cocktail hour and reception will be outside on Alpino's patio. Both the ceremony and dinner will be indoors regardless of weather.

Question

What do we wear?

Answer

Cocktail Attire is required. For women, think fun colors, patterns, and jewelry. Dresses or jumpsuits can be knee length or floor length. For men, think a sophisticated and sharp suit, dress shirt, or blazer. We'd love to see your take on fun accessories such as glasses, shoes, jewelry, ties/bowties, etc.

Question

Can I bring a +1 if my invite didn't include one?

Answer

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

What is Alpino?

Answer

Alpino is a restaurant in our home of Corktown inspired by the food, culture, and people of the Swiss Alps. Their menu is inspired by ingredients sourced from hills, fields, rivers, and streams. Such mountain landscape provides yearlong diversity in agriculture be it fresh farmed, preserved, or sourced.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Alpino has a parking lot on site - first come first serve. There is also free street parking in the surroundings neighborhoods.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

There will be gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options at dinner as well as dairy free dessert options. You can also let us know about your restrictions when you RSVP.

Question

Are you registered?

Answer

No, we are not registered as we feel your presence is the biggest gift. However, if you would like to contribute, we have created a honeymoon fund which can be found on the 'gifts' tab above.

Question

Who is marrying the newlyweds?

Answer

We are honored to have our good friend Colin Burns helping us tie the knot as our officiant. Colin and Huston are former co-workers who became good friends in their early years at Ally. They have bonded over their likeness for skiing, craft beer, and cats. Naturally, Audrey and Colin's partner, Zack, fit right into their friendship and the four of them have traveled the country camping and skiing.
