Question

When should I RSVP by? How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than December 1st, 2022 to allow us adequate time to submit a finalized guest count to our venue. We have opted for a virtual RSVP method through this website. Please click on the RSVP tab to submit your response. This will allow you to also RSVP for other members in your household. If you have any difficulties RSVPing online, please call/text either Alex or Audrey.

Oops, I missed the original RSVP deadline! What should I do?

Answer

That's okay, we understand! Please RSVP as soon as possible, however we have to ask that all guests who plan on attending RSVP by Dec 16th at the latest. Unfortunately, after this time, we will not be able to accommodate additional guests due to restrictions with our venue and the planning process.

Am I able to bring my children or a date?

Answer

Sadly, due to a limited capacity at the venue, we are unable to accommodate guests beyond those we have already accounted for. While we wish we could invite your little ones to celebrate, we respectfully ask that this be an adults only evening. All invited guests will be listed on your invitation as well as with your party on the RSVP form. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please dress semi-formal. Feel free to show your individual styles and wear something you love! We kindly ask no jeans or T-shirts. Ties and/or suit jackets are encouraged. Please note that this is a winter wedding, both our ceremony and reception are indoors. There are heated sidewalks leading up to the entryway, however there may by ice, snow, or slush in the parking area. This is Michigan after all, so who knows! There will be a coat room to hang your outerwear, but we suggest keeping other belongings with you at your seat.

What's on the menu?

Answer

Please see the "Menu" tab for the carefully selected meal that we will be sharing together. Please specify any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. If there is something that you don't eat, like beef, please specify this as well and a alternative option will be provided.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Our venue offers vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free meal substitutions and can accommodate other dietary needs as well. Please specify any restrictions when RSVPing, as this information will need to be included along with our final guest count.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is complimentary parking available for our guests on the venue property.

How accessible is the venue?

Answer

The venue is very accessible for anyone who has mobility restrictions. Pease note that the parking area is a 2-3 minute walk to the building, we recommend being dropped off closer to the building via the driveway circle outside. There are both stairs and ramps that lead to the entrance, with heated sidewalks that allow easy navigation in the winter. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns or specific questions.

What should I do if something comes up and am no longer able to attend?

Answer

Please let us know as soon as possible to texting/calling/messaging one of us. Ideally, any changes to our numbers would be known prior to 1 week before the event. However, we understand that emergencies happen and that this is a Winter wedding. Additionally, if you feel sick or have any known sick contacts, please be courteous to the other guests and either get tested or stay home.
