When should I RSVP by?

The RSVP Deadline has passed. If you need to make changes to your RSVP please contact Aubrey or Jason directly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal Attire please for the wedding! If you want to lean into the theme, our colors are neutrals and darker winter colors. The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) so please dress accordingly. The welcome party Friday night will also be outdoors but sheltered. Think of winter brunch or dinner attire.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

You're in luck! We will be providing transportation to and from the Springhill Suites to encourage fun and discourage drinking and driving. Please meet in the lobby of the Marriott by 3 PM to catch the bus!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! If you opt to drive, please park in the lot across the street from the venue, this is their property.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Not this weekend. We love your kids and cannot wait to celebrate with them another time. Please treat this as a parents' getaway!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

4:00 or you'll have to join us at the party after.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Springhill and Hampton are both great options. If these are both booked, there are also a lot of great airbnb options throughout the area and a Best Western down the street. Jason and I will be at the Springhill if you want to join us there! There is a discount code for this hotel on the travel page. We have been informed by The Springhill and our venue that there are multiple weddings in town this same weekend so we recommend you booking your lodging ASAP.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

PLEASE! When you RSVP there will be an option for any dietary restrictions, please note allergies there.
