FAQs

The Wedding Website of Charlie Bittle and Aubreanna Ochoa
Hopefully we can answer all of your questions below! -Aubreanna & Charlie
Question

What is the attire?

Answer

Elevated-Western hits the coast of Santa Barbara! For our cowboys: Dark denim or dress slacks with a button-up or western shirt are perfect. Feel free to add a blazer, vest, or sport coat, and yes—cowboy hats and bolos are welcome. Think classic cowboy, but clean and effortless. For our cowgirls: Flowy dresses, twirl-friendly skirts, boots or heels—whatever makes you feel cute and comfortable. Add a little western flair with your accessories to prep for that linedancing floor!

Question

What time do we need to be there?

Answer

Please arrive by 1:45pm to find your seat; our ceremony will start promptly at 2:00pm!

Question

Where is the ceremony; will the reception also be there?

Answer

The entire day will take place at the Santa Barbara Carousel House, starting at 2pm all the way until 10pm! We might also do a fun downtown night crawl depending on social batteries...

Question

Where can I park for the venue?

Answer

There are multiple surrounding lots near our venue that offer per-hour parking, if it's easier also please feel free to Uber/Lyft/Taxi!

Question

Who is included in my invite?

Answer

All members of your invited party are written on your invite! You may ask "what about children?", and Aubreanna and Charlie's answer will be "our's are probably coming after the honeymoon ;) ..."

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Santa Barbara is beautiful this time of year, and we're excited to share it with you! However, please prepare with a jacket due to our proximity of the beach (our life is really so hard, isn't it?)! Please prepare for all weather events in the week leading up to the wedding, rain or shine we'll be there!

Question

Will there be line dances?

Answer

Absolutely! Charlie is going back to his roots as an instructor and will help lead you through them on the floor. Just in case you want to prepare (they'll be kept very novice), we plan on having: American Kids Man, I Feel Like a Woman More to come!!

Question

Any animals we should be warned of?

Answer

We have heard threats of a possible cougar in the area, but we will keep you updated!
