Once I realized she was just a little shy, she became one of my best friends. We both transferred to CSU and she truly made my college experience the most fun. She really knows how to drag "Grandma Madi" out of the apartment on a Friday night. We have gone through so much together and she always finds a way to lift me up (quite literally...I think every picture we have together I am on her back). Josh is Jake's older brother, and the guy you will most likely hear an assortment of funny noises and laughter from. Although he can be quirky, Josh is also one of the most loving and compassionate people you will ever meet. Oh man, where do I begin? Emily has been one of Madi's best friends since middle school. From first kisses, to soccer carpools, to college decisions, and road trips Em and I have been through it all. Jake shared a sardine tin of a dorm room with Carter and he always stole Jake's food, but somehow remained as one of his best friends. There since the first month we started dating, Carter has always been a strong support system for us. Madi and Nikki met through soccer in middle school and she also went to school with Jake at the time. She has always been a friend that's up for anything and always ready to have fun! Nikki gets some credit for Jake and I's relationship because she was the mutual friend that really got Jake and I talking after I told her how I had the biggest crush on him (She's obviously not very good at keeping secrets).
