What is the dress code for the ceremony?

Cocktail attire (no jeans or Keens please!)

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:30pm-4:45pm to give yourself time to find a seat and enjoy the view before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00pm.

How do I get to Olympic Rooftop Pavilion?

Answer

Please navigate yourself to the Hotel Ballard (5216 Ballard Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98107). Enter the hotel from Ballard Ave NW and take the elevator on your left up to the top floor (labeled Olympic Rooftop Pavilion). The entrance to Hotel Ballard is between the Olympic Athletic Club and Stoneburner Restaurant.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is a 55 space first come first serve pay to park garage under the Hotel Ballard and plenty of street parking in the area. Entrance to the garage is on 20th Ave NW.

Is the wedding venue outdoors?

Answer

The venue where the ceremony and reception will be held is covered and has a wrap around outdoor patio. Weather permitting, we will have the window walls open to create an indoor/outdoor environment.

What is the order of events?

Answer

After our short ceremony at Olympic Rooftop Pavilion, we welcome you to join us for cocktail hour in the Hotel Ballard lobby. Drinks and passed hors d’oeuvres will be served. We will then head back upstairs for a family style dinner with dancing to follow.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you help us in creating an unplugged and phone-free environment during the ceremony.

Are kids invited to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Due to space restrictions, we are respectfully requesting no children at the Saturday ceremony and reception. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day!

Is there an afterparty?

Answer

For those wishing to continue the party, after the last song ends at 11:00pm we will jump in Ubers and head to Monkey Loft in SoDo. Monkey Loft does not take reservations, there should be plenty of space but will be first come first serve.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please use the Zola website tab to RSVP by June 1, 2025 to allow us to finalize our guest count with our vendors. Thank you!

Is there a room block?

Answer

No, there is not a room block at the Hotel Ballard. However, you can get 5% off your Hotel Ballard booking using the code "SBD" online or calling to reserve and saying you are attending the Atlas-Fulton Wedding.
