Float Down the Deschutes River!

We plan on getting a group together the Thursday before the wedding to float down the Deschutes River! Anyone who is in town and wants to join is welcome. Details: Thursday 7/13. We'll meet at 2pm at "Park & Float-Tumalo Creek Tube Rentals" located at 1000 SW Bradbury Way, Bend 97702. You can bring your own tube if you have one or rent one there. You can reserve the tube before hand at https://tumalocreek.com/rentals/deschutes-float-rentals/ if you like, and they have dry bags and sunscreen for sale if needed. They will take us to the put-in and pick us up at the take-out. The float lasts approximately 2 hours, and it's $24/person for tube rental & shuttle, and $6 for just the shuttle. If anyone needs help getting to the meeting spot let us know! Can't wait to see you all!

Fun & casual cocktail attire

Come join us for some pre-wedding day drinks and fun at Lifty's. This will be a cash bar. Parking will be available at the venue. Can't wait to see you there!

Wedding Ceremony followed by Happy Hour

3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats and fascinators. July in Bend can be very warm so short sleeved button down shirts, khaki shorts and flip flops for guys is totally fine. **No jeans please**

There will be a few light bites along with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. PARKING: Larkspur Park (1700 SE Reed Market Rd, Bend, OR 97702) Please plan on parking at Larkspur Park when you arrive for the ceremony (we live in a cul-de-sac and parking is very limited). When you arrive at Larkspur Park, follow the signs and colorful paper lanterns through the park to find our backyard. If anyone in your group is anything less than ecstatic about a pre-ceremony hike (it’s less than 1/10 of a mile from the parking lot), please feel free to drop them off at the front of the house prior to parking. Note: Larkspur Park closes at 10pm, so if you park there please be sure to move your car after the ceremony. If you are being dropped off by a rideshare service (Uber or Lyft) you are welcome to be dropped off at either our home or the park.
