What are the meal choices?

Answer

Honey Glazed Salmon: Salmon roasted and glazed with honey madeira. Tuscan Chicken: Chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto and provolone cheese, baked in a bread-crumb coating and served with a vodka tomato cream sauce. Filet Mignon: 6oz. Sides include Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Mixed Vegetables.
