We were set up by a mutual friend - proof that sometimes your friends really do know best. Our first date was at Lucille in Madison, where good food, drinks, and easy conversation quickly turned a first meeting into something special. At the end of that first date, we enjoyed each other's company enough that when we looked around, everyone was closing up. When it was time to pay the bill, the couple sitting next to us must have noticed we were on a first date and had paid for our drinks. One date led to many more, and before long, we were building a relationship full of laughter, adventures, and a shared love for our multicultural backgrounds. When it came time for the proposal, Jomiles decided to bring things full circle. On January 3rd, 2025, he brought our family and friends back to Lucille. The question was asked, and the answer was an easy "yes." Now we can't wait to celebrate the next chapter of our story with all of you!
