Please note you will have to go through a security gate before entering the mountain. You will turn at the red light beside the Kohl's on Carl T Jones Dr. The first thing you will encounter is the gate. Just tell them you're here for the Hinkle/Alexander Wedding. Once you are through, you will begin driving up the mountain. At the top you will come to a stop sign, turn right onto Ledge View Dr. then take your first right onto Castle Down Dr. Look for the large Castle like building from there, you can't miss it!

What do I wear?

Answer

Dressy Casual Attire - This can consist of: For the ladies - Dresses, Rompers, jumpsuits, sandals, heels etc. For the men - Dress shirts, collared shirts, dress pants, or dark jeans, etc.

Will it be inside or outside?

Answer

The reception is an inside event and will be in the ballroom.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Please arrive by 5:30 pm. We will have a special video to show during happy hour!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking available. You will enter the building at the right side entrance (where the covered drive is)

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have beer, wine and a full bar. Drinks will be free during our happy hour (5:30-6:30), afterwards it will be a cash bar, so please remember to bring cash if you wish to keep drinking. The Ledges does not accept cards nor do they have an ATM on site. Mixed drinks will be around $9 for reference. Please remember not to drink and drive. Drink responsibly!

I know this is the most important question to answer! We will have a taco bar, salad bar, and tamales with all the fixings.

The sooner the better but please do so before August 21st.
