Question

What does my booking include?

Answer

Your booking includes food and drinks (including the entire room service menu!) for your entire stay as well as access to resort amenities such as beaches, pools, bars, hot tubs, tennis courts, gyms, etc.

Is there a minimum number of nights I must stay?

Answer

Per hotel policy, every guest must book a minimum of three nights but you are free to choose which three nights work for you best.

What should I select as my check-out date?

Answer

If you will be attending the reception, please ensure that you manually select a check-out for 6/1/2026 in the booking link (the link is not automatically set to this). No flights leave from Cancun back to the United States on Sunday nights so if you will be attending this event, you will need to fly out the following morning.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest blessing we could ask for, but if you wish to give something, we do have a fund to help us start our new life together.

Do you have a dress code?

Every event will have its own dress code that you can find in on our "Events" page.

How does airport transportation work?

Answer

For any guests booking for a minimum of four nights, Moon Palace will provide complimentary airport transfers. For all other guests: Ubers are not allowed to pick up customers at the airport so you will have to prebook a shuttle (USA Transfers, eTransfers, etc.). Avoid booking a taxi there as it can get very hectic and expensive! On the way back to the airport, you may use either pre-booked shuttles or Ubers can pick you up from the hotel.

Do I have to walk between my room and each event venue?

Answer

While every venue is walkable, the resort does have predetermined golf cart shuttle routes that operate every 10-15 minutes. You can find the map of the routes in our "Hotel and Travel" page.

What's the difference between Moon Palace Sunrise and Moon Palace Nizuc?

Answer

Nizuc and Sunrise are both resorts that belong to Moon Palace and they are essentially connected and walkable. While your room will be on the Nizuc side, you will have unlimited access to the amenities in both resorts and the events of the weekend will also be distributed between both resorts.

Can we get a discounted rate on the rooms?

Answer

As a part of our room block, every guest will be booking their room at a discounted rate as long as you book through the link in the "Hotel and Travel" page.

What are the perks I get for booking a 4 night stay?

Answer

On top of all of the food and beverages that are already included in any stay, if you book for 4 nights (and book before March 30, 2026) you will also receive complimentary transfers to and from the airport as well as resort credit of $250 per person (max value of $500 per room). Your booking link and Moon Palace's website will show you what that credit can be applied towards.
