Beachy Formal We’re embracing a relaxed, beach-inspired vibe while keeping things elegant. Please avoid tank tops, flip-flops, crop tops and shorts. Suits are not required, but we ask that everyone dress in a way that feels polished and festive for the occasion. Think breezy dresses, linen pants, and dressy sandals or shoes.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding ceremony and reception remain an adults-only celebration. We will have a small number of children in attendance who are part of the wedding party or immediate family, but otherwise hope you’ll enjoy a night off to celebrate with us. Thank you so much for understanding — we can’t wait to celebrate together!

Do I need to choose a meal when I RSVP?

Answer

No. Dinner will be served buffet-style, featuring a variety of entrées, sides, and accompaniments. Guests will be able to select their preferred options during the reception, so no advance meal selection is required.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Will the ceremony be on the beach?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony will take place on the sand at La Jolla Shores. We recommend choosing footwear that is comfortable for walking on the beach or bringing a pair of sandals for the ceremony.
