Bridesmaid
After meeting in the choir room on their first day at Cal Poly, Kellie and Lisa didn't think they'd be close friends. However, Kellie's outgoing personality and ability to make everyone smile and laugh helped the two to bond quickly, and they went on to be roomies for the last three years of college. Among many things, Lisa and Kellie have always shared a love of the iPhone "selfie", the importance of frequently visiting the puppy store, and skipping class to get their E! News and Game Show Network fix. Kellie has become like a sister to Lisa, and she's so happy to have her stand by her side on her wedding day!

After singing together in choir at Cal Poly and note-passing their way through Music Theory lectures, Lisa and Natalie became two peas in a pod! Lisa has always appreciated Natalie's balance of silliness and empathy (she has been coined "Nurse Natalie" for always lending help). They bonded over growing up in different countries (she's an Aussie Gal and Lisa's a Swiss Miss!), their love for collecting too many weekly planners, and finding hours of entertainment in the aisles of Target. Lisa was honored to be in Natalie's bridal party in June 2016, and now she's grateful to have Natalie's love and support on the big day!
Bridesmaid
Lisa first met Emily (Kellie's sister) when she was visiting Kellie's family during freshman year at Cal Poly. She was getting ready for Senior Prom (wearing a cheetah print dress & bright red heels!), and Kellie affirmed that she was a firecracker! This was true, but she was also hilarious and equally as type-A as Lisa, which made them the perfect pair. Emily briefly moved to San Luis Obispo (near Lisa) for college, where they grew closer before her return to San Francisco. Lisa is grateful to have been part of Emily's bridal party in October 2016, and now she's thrilled to have Emily's love and support on her wedding day!
Bridesmaid
Dominique (Dom) and Lisa's zest for singing brought them together during grad school at NYU, where they pursued their mission of becoming opera divas at The Met. They became especially close when Lisa moved to the Upper East Side near Dominique (a New Yorker, born and raised!). During Lisa's time in New York, she and Dominique became weeknight cooking buddies, weekend city explorers, and even traveled across the globe together. Through frequent phone dates and visits to NYC, they have remained close, and Lisa couldn't be happier to have Dominique stand by her side on the big day!
Bridesmaid
Lisa met Deb through Dominique, who was her roommate during undergrad at Boston Conservatory. Deb is a talented pianist who went on to received her master's degree from Mannes in NYC, where she also spent a lot of time with the NYU crew! Lisa has always admired Deb's strong dedication and drive as a producer/musician and also her laid-back, easy-going demeanor. Each an only child, Lisa and Deb are extroverted introverts who love hanging out together, watching The Bachelor (or some other ridiculous show), and sipping a glass of good wine. Lisa is thankful to have Deb's love and support on her wedding day!
Bridesmaid
Lisa first met Leanne at Zack's 30th birthday party celebration weekend in NYC. Leanne went to school at Washington and Lee in Virginia, where she was an All-American lacrosse player for the Generals. Now living and working in NYC, Leanne loves exploring in the city and all that it has to offer. Bonding over their love for yoga (especially the slowww kind) and weekly must-have manicures, Lisa and Leanne became fast friends! Leanne has been super supportive of Lisa and Zack from the start, and Lisa is so excited to have Leanne as a sister-in-law!
Best Man
Despite being the older brother by 3 1/2 years, Zack looks up to Sam in countless ways. The Stone boys grew up in Connecticut, and along with sister Leanne they quickly built a reputation among babysitters as the best-behaved kids in the neighborhood. Sam has always been a kind-hearted soul, and he has matured into a leader and an ambitious difference-maker in the nonprofit world. And with multiple marathons and many intense hiking treks under his belt, Sam sets the pace for fun and adventure. Keep an eye out for the Stone boys on the dance floor, where they'll be sure to unleash their particularly bad brand of choreography.
Groomsman
Ben is a kind-hearted soul who always puts others before himself...except on the pitcher's mound, where he wastes no time in mowing down the opposing lineup. Ben and Zack's friendship has continued to grow as they have followed remarkably similar paths: from high-school ball in Connecticut, to Division III ball (some would call it "high-school ball") at Williams College, to shared apartments for many years in Manhattan. And now that they have each found true love, it's only fitting that Ben proposed to his soon-to-be-wife Nisa mere days before Zack proposed to Lisa! Zack is proud to call Ben part of his inner circle.
Groomsman
Despite great physical distances between them, Dan and Zack have maintained an incredibly close friendship after college by committing to epic boys' trips at least once a year (often timed around their February birthdays). The bigger feat, however, is their complete dedication to the art of the phone call. Ignoring contemporary trends in social media, Dan and Zack have stuck to their guns and logged at least two hours of meandering discussion per month for the past nine years. From reminiscing about their playing days (Dan was the ace pitcher at Williams) to comparing notes on music, film and literature, these two have covered a lot of ground together. Be on the lookout for their comedy podcast, to be released...some other time.
Groomsman
Head-of-the-class students. Southpaw athletes. Classic rock devotees. David and Zack had more than a few traits in common growing up, and they've remained very close pals dating back to the 6th grade! These two could often be found together reciting lines from This Is Spinal Tap or trying (in vain) to break the full-court press of a rival high school hoops team. After David graduated as Darien High School's Class Valedictorian (leaving Zack in the dust as Salutatorian), he continued on to more success at Yale and Duke School of Law, and he now resides in Los Angeles with wife Sylvana. Zack and Lisa are truly honored to have David and Sylvana in their corner.
Groomsman
Galen and Zack have a bond that dates back to their first year at Williams College, when they were placed in the same "entry," or residential group (Sage D pride!). The two baseball recruits helped each other survive that first winter in the Berkshires. Zack gave Galen advance warning about the coming cold, since Galen grew up in Santa Barbara and had packed only a hoodie. And Galen made everyone laugh with his uncanny imitation of Zack eating a cookie from the cafeteria (a ritual sure to be continued at the wedding). Galen, now a Professor of Political Science at Williams, is truly a gentleman and a scholar, and Zack is incredibly grateful to have him on board as part of the wedding party.
Groomsman
In their three years of overlap on the Williams College baseball team, second baseman James DiCosmo and first baseman/pitcher Zack combined for dazzling double plays and tremendous displays of "warning track power." Notably, they also challenged each other for the NESCAC career record for seeing-eye singles to the opposite field. After hanging up their spikes, James and Zack grew even closer as they navigated their 20's in New York City and paid long-weekend visits to NOLA, Florida and Vermont. Zack eagerly awaits having James (and hopefully his power beard) by his side on the big day.
