Wedding Ceremony & Cocktail Hour

4:00 pm - 5:45 pm

Please arrive at The Equinox Resort between 3:00-3:20 PM. You can park behind the hotel (large lot available) and take the shuttle to the Pond Pavilion - a short 5-minute drive. Attire: Black-Tie Optional Women: Floor-length gowns, midi or knee-length cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. Men: Suits or tuxedos. **Evenings in early October can be crisp, so we recommend bringing a light shawl or jacket. There will be a short walk across grass to reach the ceremony site - ladies, keep that in mind when choosing shoes.** Transportation: The Pond Pavilion cannot be accessed by car. Shuttles will run continuously from the back of The Equinox to and from the Pond. At the end of the night, a shuttle will also take guests staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites back to their hotel.
