Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by June 16th, 2023. We will, however, keep the RSVP section open until June 30th, 2023 if you need a little more time. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity.

Question

Are kids welcomed?

Answer

We love your little ones - however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of children in our immediate family, children traveling from out of state with their parents, and children in our wedding party. We encourage you to use this special evening as an excuse to have a child-free date night!

Question

Is there Parking?

Answer

Not at the venue, no. But there is parking located nearby and all around Downtown SLC. All Pay Stations and meters are enforced Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM for up to 2 hours, Saturdays are free parking for 2 hours, and Sundays parking is free all day. More information on parking can be found on the "Accommodations" tab

Question

Where can I Stay?

Answer

We have secured a block of rooms at a hotel near the venue at a discounted rate. Please see the accommodations tab to learn more! There are also plenty of other hotels near the venue as well if you happen to miss the dead-line for booking with the hotel we have a discounted rate at. That dead-line is July 7th of 2023.

Question

What Attire Should I Wear?

Answer

As you may have seen on your RSVP & Details Card you got with your invite, the dress code is cocktail to black tie optional. This means that tuxes and gowns are welcome, but so are cocktail dress, tea-length dresses, suits, a sports jacket, and a simple long sleeve dress shirt and tie! No jeans or casual clothing. If you have further questions about what you could wear, here is a great website that explains each dress code. https://www.brides.com/story/wedding-dress-code-explained

Question

Plus Ones?

Answer

Due to the limited seating we have available at the venue, each single guest is allowed one extra guest to come with them as long as it has been specified on your envelope. If there is any confusion, when you RSVP, you should see if you have a plus one invite next to your name! We understand that sometimes, weddings can be a mixing pot of a bunch of folks who may or may not know each other, and that can be intimating. But please be assured that you will be around friendly and welcoming company! If you do not see a plus one next to your name, thank you for understanding why we were not able to accommodate you on that.

Question

What do I do if I am late to the ceremony?

Answer

If you arrive late to the ceremony, there will be someone posted outside the doors who will be unable to let you in. We are doing this to limit distractions and to remain in the moment. But please don't let that deter you from celebrating the rest of the night with us! The doors will open back up as soon as the ceremony is over and cocktail hour is about to begin.

Question

Accessibility

Answer

There is a small staircase located at the front doors, but after that, there is an elevator located at the end of the foyer. The main ballroom is located on the second floor, that’s where the event is taking place. If there is any confusion, there should be an event coordinator there the day of to guide you to the elevator and where to go from there!

Question

Seating?

Answer

For the ceremony, there will be a few rows towards the front that are reserved for the parents, grandparents, and the bridal party. After that, seating is open! Please feel free to sit on either side, we're all apart of the same family now! As for the reception, there will be a seating chart. But please do not worry! We have taken our time and paid special attention to be sure to place you at a table where you will feel comfortable!

Question

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The venue is an indoor only venue located on Exchange Place in downtown Salt Lake City. It is comfortable and well air-conditioned!

Question
