TAXI'S TO/FROM AIRPORT

Go to Transfers - Site (palaceresorts.com)

o    You will need your hotel confirmation number which is below in the travel document from the resort and your flight info.  You must do this by October 24th, 2022.  If you do not, you will not be provided transportation and you will need to purchase your own transportation upon your arrival at the airport. 

o   Once you complete the form, they will email you a confirmation.  Please print this and bring it with you.   It will provide you the instructions and process for arrival and departure at the airport and resort.

o   If you have any changes in your flights, please contact the transportation company directly with any flight changes so they may update your transportation

o   If you have any issues making your reservation via their system please contact the transfer team directly at transfercancun@palaceresorts.com or at +52-998-193-1996 and ask for Pamela.
