We have secured a shuttle for transport to and from the Quality Inn in Estes Park to the venue. The Quality Inn is two buildings down from Coyote Mountain Lodge, and all guests are welcome to use this service. Please note that the shuttle has a max capacity of 24 passengers per trip, so we recommend not waiting for the last shuttle! The shuttle will depart from the Quality Inn at the following times: 3:00 PM 3:45 PM The shuttle will depart from Della Terra after the ceremony at the following times: 7:30 PM 8:30 PM 9:30 PM 10:30 PM 11:30 PM

Coyote Mountain Lodge
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Coyote Mountain Lodge for guests of the wedding. You can reserve online (click the box below) or by calling and mentioning the Cooper-King Wedding. This hotel is next door to the Quality Inn, which is where the shuttle will depart from/return to. Wedding guests can use the shuttle service regardless of where they stay. This hotel does accommodate dogs, if needed.

Estes Park Shuttle can provide door-to-door shuttle service from the airport to the hotel or wherever you choose to stay, should you desire.

Uber & Lyft are NOT available in Estes Park. There is a rideshare service in Estes, however it is a small operation and ridesharing should be scheduled well in advance to ensure there is availability. Please see the link below if needed.

High Altitude Information
The wedding & reception venue sits at just over 8000' of elevation, and as such it is important to acknowledge the impact that elevation can have on the body. We want everyone to have a great time at our wedding, but most importantly we want everyone to be safe. Please see the link below for information from Estes Park Health regarding altitude effects on the body, and remember - while recent studies show that the effects of alcohol are not discreetly impacted by elevation, drinking alcohol at high altitudes does exaggerate and enhance the dehydration many feel when they increase their elevation. This can affect your physical and cognitive well-being, which may cause you to be unable to safely operate a vehicle.
