We have arranged a block of rooms for Thursday and Friday nights (Check In: 6/13, Check Out: 6/15) at the Quality Inn of Estes Park. A shuttle service will provide transport to and from the venue for those who would like it. To reserve a room in the block, guests must call the hotel directly at 970-586-2358. We have a contract under "Cooper King Wedding." ***It can be difficult to find available hotels last-minute in Estes Park during the summer due to the popularity of Rocky Mountain National Park. It is STRONGLY encouraged to book as soon as you are able.***

Hotel

Best Western Plus Silver Saddle Inn

1260 Big Thompson Avenue, Estes Park, CO 80517

This hotel is two buildings down from the Quality Inn, which is where the shuttle will depart from/return to. Currently we do not have a block of rooms here, but if the Quality Inn fills up we will reach out to them to see if we can get a discounted rate for guests. Guests can still use the shuttle service, as it is a third party that just happens to be picking up at the Quality Inn.

Travel Note

Airport Shuttle Service

Estes Park Shuttle can provide door-to-door shuttle service from the airport to the hotel or wherever you choose to stay, should you desire.

Travel Note

Rideshare

Uber & Lyft are NOT available in Estes Park. There is a rideshare service in Estes, however it is a small operation and ridesharing should be scheduled well in advance to ensure there is availability. Please see the link below if needed.

Travel Note

High Altitude Information

The wedding & reception venue sits at just over 8000' of elevation, and as such it is important to acknowledge the impact that elevation can have on the body. We want everyone to have a great time at our wedding, but most importantly we want everyone to be safe. Please see the link below for information from Estes Park Health regarding altitude effects on the body, and remember - while recent studies show that the effects of alcohol are not discreetly impacted by elevation, drinking alcohol at high altitudes does exaggerate and enhance the dehydration many feel when they increase their elevation. This can affect your physical and cognitive well-being, which may cause you to be unable to safely operate a vehicle.
