Ceremony

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

We would like you to dress up with us! Please remember it may be hot so wear light layers.

Please do not be late for the ceremony. If you arrive late and the ceremony has begun, we ask that you do not interrupt.

Cocktail Hour

5:00 pm - 6:05 pm

Once the ceremony has ended, the bride and groom will take formal photos with family. During this time, there will be cocktail hour in the Barrel Room. Drinks will be available for purchase. Hors d’oeuvre’s will be served: stuffed mushrooms, mini fried raviolis, and bruschetta. We will also have cornhole out for entertainment.

Wedding Party Entrance

6:10 pm - 6:15 pm

During this time, we ask that guests go to the reception area and take their seats as the wedding party prepares to enter.

Dinner

6:20 pm - 7:20 pm

Menu: Italian Bread, Summer Salad, Smothered Pork Chop, Chicken Piccata, Green Beans, Fettuccine Alfredo, Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

Speeches

7:15 pm - 7:20 pm

Speeches will be given towards the end of Dinner.

Special Dances

7:20 pm - 7:45 pm

We will start with the Mother and Son dance. The following will be the Daddy-Daughter dance. Last, the couple will have their first Dance.

Explore! Talk! Drink!

7:50 pm - 8:10 pm

During this time, the bride and groom will be taking some photos and will not be available to guests. We ask that you get some drinks, mingle with other guests, dance, eat some of our desserts, sign our guest book, list a memory in our memory book, and take a party favor!

Cake Cutting

8:15 pm - 8:20 pm

Let's Celebrate! DANCE!

8:30 pm - 11:00 pm

By this time, the bride and groom will return to the reception, and the party will begin. Let's dance and let loose! :)
