This is our wedding Venue! Set in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, Fattoria degli Usignoli is a charming estate surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards, and olive groves. With stunning outdoor spaces for our ceremony, cocktails, and dinner, it’s the perfect backdrop for a romantic and unforgettable celebration. The welcome dinner, wedding ceremony, reception party and goodbye brunch, will all be here. We have blocked out the entire venue for the weekend, from Friday the 25th of September to Sunday the 27th. If you would prefer to stay somewhere more upscale and modern I’ve included another option.

Podere GIUSTI

Podere Giusti is a more upscale farmhouse & agriturismo, 15 minutes from the venue. They offer 5 rooms in their boutique hotel and 5 apartments which sleep up to 6 people. If you would like to stay here please email info@poderegiusti.it Let them know you are guests of our wedding, they are blocking the whole venue for us for the weekend and offering us a lower rate. Also please email me sophieashworthmakeup@gmail.com so we can arrange transport for you for the weekend. *Prices from the venue Monna Beatrice (2 people): €180/night Monna Bice (2 people): €180/night Monna Lisabetta (up to 4 people): €200/night Monna Nanna (up to 3 people): €190/night Monna Mea (2 people): €180/night And the apartments are (breakfast as an extra service): Ser Pandolfo (2 people): €210/night Ser Neri (up to 4 people): €230/night Ser Goro (up to 4 people): €230/night Ser Bartolo (up to 6 people): €280/night For the rooms, breakfast is included in the price. For the apartments, breakfast is an extra service, normally costing €15 per person, but we can offer it to you for your guests at €12. per person*

Florence Airport FLR

Getting to Fattoria degli Usignoli from Florence Airport The nearest airport to our wedding venue, Fattoria degli Usignoli, is Florence Airport “Amerigo Vespucci” (FLR), located about 40 km away — roughly a 40 minute drive depending on traffic. Travel Options: • Car Rental or Private Transfer Renting a car or booking a private transfer is the easiest way to reach the venue. The drive takes you through the scenic Tuscan countryside and is straightforward via the A1/E35 and SR69 roads. • Taxi Taxis are available outside the airport arrivals area. A direct taxi ride to Fattoria degli Usignoli will take about 50–60 minutes but this will be very expensive as you are going outside of the city of Florence on a metre. We strongly recommend booking a transfer in advance. • Train plus Taxi or Transfer Take a train from Florence Airport (via Firenze Campo di Marte or Firenze Santa Maria Novella stations) to Pontassieve. From there, a short taxi or pre-arranged shuttle (from the venue) can bring you directly to the hotel. Tips for Guests: • Florence Airport is small and easy to navigate, with regular flights across Europe. • Planning your transfer in advance ensures a smooth arrival, especially if your flight lands late in the evening.

Pisa International Airport PSA

The closest *major* airport to our wedding venue, Fattoria degli Usignoli in the Tuscan countryside, is Pisa International Airport (PSA) — also known as Aeroporto Galileo Galilei —it is about 115–120 km from the venue (roughly a 1 hr 40 min drive by car).  • Pisa Airport is one of Italy’s busiest regional airports with flights across Europe and beyond. It serves 40+ destinations daily and is well‑connected with both domestic and international flights.  • The airport code is PSA, and it’s easy to search flights into this city when booking your travel.  Getting There From the Airport • Car rental or private transfer – Most guests find renting a car or booking a private transfer the most direct way to reach Fattoria degli Usignoli. The drive takes around 1 hr 40 min through scenic Tuscan roads.  • Taxi – Available right outside the arrivals terminal. • Train + Taxi – You can take the Pisa Mover (city train) to Pisa Centrale (about 5 min) then a regional train and transfer via taxi or private transfer from Florence or Pontassieve. • Bus - easyJet and other airlines offer a coach from Pisa to Florence. It’s very cheap and you can buy your ticket on the airplane or at the arrivals terminal in Pisa airport. It’s a little longer than the train but very easy if you have heavy luggage you don’t need to change station. You do not need to book this advance. From Florence you continue to Usignoli via the routes above. Tips for Travelers • Pisa Airport is just 1 km from Pisa Centrale train station, making it easy to connect by rail if you’re exploring Italy before or after the wedding.  For peace of mind, plan your transfer in advance, especially if arriving late or with luggage.

Flights to Rome for Our Wedding Many guests choose to fly into Rome because it is one of Italy’s largest international airports with frequent flights from across the United States, Canada, and Europe. The main airport serving Rome is Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport (FCO), which offers numerous international and European connections throughout the year.  Getting from Rome to Fattoria degli Usignoli Once you arrive in Rome, Fattoria degli Usignoli (near Reggello in Tuscany) is about 260–295 km north of the city.  Here are the common ways to complete your journey: Option 1 – Fly or travel onward to Florence, then transfer • From Fiumicino Airport (FCO) you can take a domestic flight to Florence Airport (FLR) (about 55 minutes in the air), then continue by train or car to Fattoria degli Usignoli.  • From Florence, it’s a short drive or train + taxi to the venue. Option 2 – Train from Rome to Florence then transfer • Take a train from Roma Termini station to Firenze Santa Maria Novella (high‑speed trains take around 2.5–3 hours). From Florence, take a regional train or arrange a taxi/private transfer to Fattoria degli Usignoli.  Option 3 – Rent a car or take a private transfer from Rome • Driving from Rome all the way to Fattoria degli Usignoli takes about 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours along the Italian autostrade. How to get from Florence to Fattoria Degli Usignoli

From Florence Airport to Fattoria degli Usignoli Distance: ~40 km Travel Time: ~50–60 minutes by car or taxi ⸻ Option 1: By Car / Rental Car • Renting a car at Florence Airport is the most convenient way, especially for groups or guests with luggage. • Route: Take the A1/E35 highway toward Arezzo, then exit at Pontassieve and follow local roads (SR69) to Reggello and Fattoria degli Usignoli. • Travel Time: ~50–60 minutes. • Tip: This option allows flexibility for exploring Tuscany before or after the wedding. ⸻ Option 2: By Taxi / Private Transfer • Taxis are available outside the arrivals terminal however as the farm is outside of Florence a taxi on a meter will be quite expensive. • A direct ride to Fattoria degli Usignoli takes around 40 minutes. • We strongly recommend to book a private transfer in advance or contact Fattoria degli Usignoli who can also be arranged this for you. ⸻ Option 3: By Train + Taxi / Transfer 1. From Florence Airport: Take the Marconi Express shuttle to Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station (~20 minutes). Staying a night in Florence first? Skip the first step and get a train directly from Florence’s main train station ‘Firenze Santa Maria Novella’ 2. Train to Pontassieve: Take a regional train from Florence to Pontassieve (~20 minutes). 3. Taxi / Transfer to the venue: From Pontassieve station, take a taxi or pre-arranged transfer to Fattoria degli Usignoli (~20–25) • Total Travel Time: ~1.5 hours. • Tip: Check train schedules ahead of time, especially for later arrivals, and consider pre-booking a taxi from Pontassieve.

Podere I SORBI Agriturismo

Podere I Sorbi Is 20 minutes on foot from the venue, it’s essentially it’s the closest other option for more accommodation. I have asked them to block all of their apartments for the. Breakfast is not included but you can walk down to the venue for breakfast there & for all events we will shuttle up to get you and take you back again. Please see below for their accommodation options and prices, photos are on their website. Sorbi 1, a detached house with two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a kitchen, and one bathroom, for 4 people, €160 per night. Sorbi 5, a house with four bedrooms (one with single beds), for 7 people, on two floors, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and an outdoor garden, €280 per night. Sorbi 3 and Sorbi 4, apartments for two people each, with one bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, €90 per apartment per night. Sorbi 2 and Sorbi 6, apartments for four people each, €160 per apartment per night. Sorbi 2 has two bedrooms, one with single beds, and two bathrooms; Sorbi 6 has one bathroom and two double bedrooms. A final cleaning fee of €65 is added to the price of each apartment.
