When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP through our wedding website as soon as possible and reserve your rooms by March 31st for the venue and at Podere Giusti. Film friends - I know our work is very unpredictable so no worries if you need to let me know nearer the time just message me and keep me updated on your schedule.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have a registry through Zola which will be available on our website soon.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will update the timing a little closer to the event. Currently arrival time is 1.30pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - Semi Formal. Think elegant, relaxed, and seasonally appropriate. For women, cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, or refined jumpsuits are perfect. Footwear recommendations; block heels, flats or if your outfit is tied to some fabulous high heels bring some grass stoppers for those stilettos! For men, suits or tailored jackets with dress shirts are ideal; ties are welcome but optional. Neutral tones, rich autumn colours, and soft patterns all fit beautifully with the Tuscan setting. Also black classic suits are welcome. Late September in Tuscany is typically warm during the day and cooler in the evening, so light layers or a jacket are recommended. The venue includes outdoor areas and historic stone pathways, so comfortable, dressy footwear is encouraged. Don’t forget your sunglasses and some SPF.

Can I bring a date?

Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate guests who are listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be clearly noted. If you have any special circumstances please reach out to us. Thank you so much for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! Children are welcome if they are specifically named on the invitation. Due to venue and planning considerations, we’re unable to accommodate additional children beyond those listed. That said, nursing babies are always welcome, even if not explicitly named. If you have any questions or special circumstances, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help however we can.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Yes - we have included them in the travel options. Please let us know if you are wanting to stay somewhere else.

Yes - please let us know there is an option on the website including the rsvp section.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is onsite parking available at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes - if you are staying at Podere Giusti we will arrange transport to get to the welcome party, wedding and brunch. If you are staying else where and need assistance with travel please contact us and we will be happy to help.
