Please tell reservations that you wish to make a reservation for the Ashworth-Carpenter group. • *Please note that check-in time is 3:00 pm. It is difficult for the hotel to accommodate early check-ins so please plan accordingly. An early check-in fee may apply if check-in is needed prior to 3:00 p.m. Please consider arriving the day before if necessary for your planning. • The hotel requires a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be preauthorized for one- night room and tax 3-7 days prior to the date of your arrival.
