When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00. We ask that everyone arrive no later than 3:30.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal or cocktail.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you receive an invitation with a plus one, then yes! If not, please reach out and we will see if it is possible to include your plus one.

We ask that you make this a date night and enjoy our adults only reception.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Of course! We will have gluten and dairy free options available but please reach out if we need to make an additional accommodation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Echo Mountain has two large parking lots on site. We will also have a shuttle service to and from the venue if you do not wish to drive. Shuttles will pick up from Comfort Suites Evergreen at 2:45 pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We are going to have a shuttle going to and from the venue. They will pick up at the Comfort Suites.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Thursday evening we will be having drinks after the rehearsal dinner at Campfire Evergreen. Feel free to join us anytime after 6:30 PM. We will have an informal brunch on Saturday morning at Deddise Park with donuts and coffee and lawn games. We will be there at 10:00 am.
