FAQs

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Due to the requirements of our vendors, please let us know if you can make it no later than September 1st. If we do not receive your RSVP by 09/01, your response will be marked as "Not Attending."

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP by clicking the RSVP tab on our website! Please put your first and last name and all guests and events you are invited to will populate. If you need to change your RSVP response, you may do so by following the same steps used to respond initially, or you may reach out to Samantha or Ashtynn directly.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately due to limitations of our venue, only guests explicitly listed on your invitation can be accommodated. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Samantha.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with every part of your family, our wedding and reception will be an adults only affair. The only children present will be those who are a part of our wedding party. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We want you to look and feel your best so while we encourage cocktail attire, know that there will be options for us to eat, dance, play games, and mingle both indoors and out (weather permitting). Our photographer will be present to capture moments with our guests. We do ask that you refrain from wearing jeans.

Question

What color s the wedding party wearing?

Answer

Our bridesmaids will be in floor length black satin dresses. We will have pops of purples and greens in our bouquets and throughout our decor as well.

Question

Can you tell me what to expect at the reception?

Answer

The reception is set to start at 4pm, when you walk in the seating chart will be on display for you to easily find your seat! The bridal party is set to arrive to the venue just after 4 to enjoy a short cocktail hour with everyone before dinner that will be served at 5pm. During dinner, you can expect a few speeches, a dance and some cake cutting, then we’ll quickly move on to celebrate with everyone throughout the night! The Outlet has both indoor seating and a dancefloor, as well as outdoor seating, fire pits to enjoy, and yard games. It is also attached to Edison’s, and laser tag will be available for our guests to enjoy. So, if you’re more into a dance party, laying low with friends, or getting competitive, there should be plenty to keep us all busy!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The reception is set to start at 4pm and bridal party is expected to arrive between 4:15 and 4:30. Note that our venue is not available prior to 4pm though, so plan accordingly.

Question

So, tell me more about the wedding!

Answer

We have decided to do a small, intimate ceremony in our backyard early in the afternoon with our families. Following the ceremony, there will be a larger reception to be held from 4-9pm so we have time to celebrate with everyone!

Question

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes! The Outlet has a large parking lot with open parking for all of our guests. Please drive safely!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, so the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!

Question

I'm from out of town, are there local hotels I should check out?

Answer

Of course! Please check the travel tab of our website for our recommendations.

Question

Will there be a Welcome Party?

Answer

While we would love to spend more time with everyone, we will not be hosting a welcome party. We will have an intimate rehearsal dinner with our wedding party and immediate family only on Saturday October 19th. If you are invited to this event, it will be noted within your physical invitation and an option to RSVP for this will populate when you RSVP to the reception.

Question

I was invited to attend the small wedding ceremony ahead of the reception, what time should I arrive for that?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place in the backyard of our home and start promptly at 2pm. Please arrive no later than 1:50pm to find your seat!

Question

If the ceremony is at 2pm, and the reception is at 4pm, won’t there be down time between events?

Answer

Yes! To our guests who are invited to our intimate wedding ceremony, we know there will be some downtime between events so the bridal party can get formal photos taken. To ensure our guests are accomodated, there will be a small cocktail hour hosted just nextdoor and light snacks and beverages will be available to ceremony guests. Please note, our reception venue opens for us at 4pm, and it is about a 10 minute drive from our home to the venue as well.
