When do we need to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 1st, 2026. If we do not hear from you by this date, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We truly hope that you can join us, and your timely response will help provide an accurate headcount to our catering team. Thank you!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love the children of our friend’s and family, we will not be able to have all children attend. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourself!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for the big day! Cocktail attire is the dress code for the evening. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. The bridal party will be wearing green. The ceremony + reception will be outdoors for the majority of the evening.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking at Karma Vineyards. We highly recommend carpooling and/or utilizing a driving service.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like and don’t forget to share them with us!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine and signature cocktails are on us! The hangover will be on you, so please drink responsibly :)
