What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at 3:30 for the ceremony. We will begin promptly at 4pm.
Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dressy casual, but no shorts, jeans, tank tops, or flip flops. If you would like suggestions on what to wear, see link below. We want you to wear something you like and feel good in! We will be married at a beautiful garden estate, so feel free to lean into florals and garden prints! The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. There is little to no coverage from the sun. We recommend bringing a hat if you are sensitive to the sun or would like extra coverage. Weather can be unpredictable, so please dress accordingly based on the forecast and we suggest bringing a jacket. The grounds are made up of decomposed granite, so we suggest wearing shoes that will be comfortable for that terrain. Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Parking is limited at the venue. There is an overflow lot nearby that you may use if parking is not available in front of the venue. We highly encourage carpooling or ridesharing to the event.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
The Ayres Lodge is down the street from the venue. The Viejas Casino & Resort is about a 10 minute drive from the venue and is a great option. Please note that the Viejas Resort and adjacent Willows Hotel are for guests age 21+ only.

Can I smoke?
Answer
There is no smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on the premises. Please refrain from smoking or consuming any substances other than alcohol provided at the bar anywhere on the premises for the duration of the event.

There will be an open bar with beer, wine, and a limited cocktail menu.
