ATTENTION: Vehicles

Anyone who knows Matt & myself, knows we love cars, so it is not big surprise that we will be incorporating that love & passion into our wedding. That being said, we will have the Chevelle at the wedding and there may be other vehicles there as well. Please do not touch these vehicles unless the owner is present and has given permission to do so! Thank you! :)

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Casual We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up on our big day, however we want everyone to be comfortable & enjoy their time so please dress in what you are comfortable in, our only requests are as follows: PLEASE no lounge type clothing (sweatpants, leggings, graphic tshirts, etc) Please avoid white or any shades of white.

Can I bring a guest or a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who have been formally invited. IF you received the option from Matt & I to bring a plus one, it will appear under your name on your RSVP. If Matt & I were not 100% sure who your plus one will be but gave you the option, if unable to list their name in your RSVP box, please contact Matt or myself to provide the name so we can add the individual to our guest list for seating! Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate a certain number of guests. RSVP requests will be specific and will include names of the children who are invited to join us! However we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself.

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 30th 2025, by using the RSVP tab in the menu options. If you are unable to RSVP using the QR code on the invitation or having an issue with the website, please contact Matthew or Ashlynne directly so they can get your RSVP in! 💙

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We will miss you but if you are unable to attend the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "will not attend". If a plus one is no longer available to attend or a guest who was given a plus one does not have one, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "will not attend" in the spot of the plus one option! This is solely so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking! However we do encourage anyone who plans to drink to PLEASE have a designated driver or utilize uber/lyft!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors and our reception will be indoors. Our amazing venue owners also have granted us access to a fire pit, outdoor games (jenga/cornhole), and there are also patio areas to sit back & enjoy the evening!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask all guests to silence your phones and put them away. We would like everyone to be fully present with us and for our wonderful photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you once they are available. Once the ceremony is over we encourage you to take as many pictures as you'd like and make sure to scan the QR code on the tables which will share all your pictures directly with Matt & I in one big album!

Our venue has indoor restrooms available that are also handicap accessible!

Answer

The memories will be priceless, and so will the drinks! All we ask is that you PLEASE bring cash to tip our amazing bartenders 💙

Dinner, Drinks, & Desserts!?

Answer

**If you have any dietary restrictions and missed the question pop up in your RSVP, please contact Matt or myself so we can find a solution to best accommodate you if needed!!** In addition to dinner, we will also have some of our favorite snacks & sweet treats around for our guests to enjoy as well! A variety of Non-Alcoholic drinks will of course be available too!
