Leah and Ashlyn’s friendship goes all the way back to grade school. As little girls, these two were full of adventure and thinking outside the box. From being in the same Girl Scout troop for years, sharing a mutual love for animals, and exploring the curiosity of the world, these two have continued to grow together as adults!

Xandra and Ashlyn met in high school precalculus. Aside from helping each other pass the class with a B+, these two really bonded through passed notes and silly drawings during class. Some of the drawings are still uncovered every so often! Xandra is an amazingly loyal friend who has always had Ashlyn’s back. Catch Xandra on the dance floor with incredible moves from years of dance classes under her belt!

Christina and Ashlyn met climbing in Fort Collins. Their friendship grew from weekly climbing sessions to weekly craft/game nights and today’s weekly dinners/gab sessions. If you have a question about bugs (pollinators especially), Christina is your girl! Christina absolutely loves all things nature, tea at all parts of the day, and watching sunsets. Definitely just a few things she and Ashlyn bond over!
Ally Perry

Ally is Ashlyn’s sister-in-law, but Ashlyn consider’s her a biological sister. Through the years, Ashlyn and Ally have discovered many scenarios they see eye-to-eye on. Ally is incredibly down to earth, a genuine listening ear to anyone, wonderfully patient with her two kids Jack and Millie, and one of the most understanding people Ashlyn has ever met. Ally truly jumps in when it comes to being goofy with Ashlyn!
Kristen Riccardi

As another person Ashlyn met while climbing, Kristen was a big advocate for Ashlyn to start lead climbing! The main thing that brought Kristen and Ashlyn together: their love for CATS!! Besides climbing and cats, Kristen is big into plants, hiking, snowboarding, and fishing. Kristen is bubbly, outgoing, and has a true heart of gold. One of Ashlyn’s favorite things about Kristen is that nobody is a stranger to her!
Wallace Golding

Tristan and Wallace met by pure chance on a roommate matching app when attending the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Initially pursuing the same major, they bonded over their shared annoyance of organic chemistry and a shared passion of soccer. They are still close, even after living together for 4 years, and visit one another on an annual-ish basis.
Michael Shunnarah
Groomsman
Tristan and Michael have know each other since 1st grade at Rainbow. Many sleep overs were had, many late nights gaming (finished Luigi’s Mansion in one night), and Tristan had his butt handed to him many times in Super Smash Bros Brawl and Super Strikers. Considered a second son by the Shunnarah family, they keep up with each other by playing RuneScape and messaging over Discord. They have a trip planned prior to the wedding to Chicago for a RuneScape convention.
James Cobb
Groomsman
Tristan and James have known each other through their teenager years, played soccer together, and attended the same classes at Bob Jones High School. They lived together in Colorado for a time, and enjoyed hiking and visiting nature’s majestic beauty in the Rocky Mountains. They still watch soccer together during the season over Discord, waking up at the crack of dawn to watch their (sometimes) favorite team, Manchester United.
Alasdair Samios
Groomsman
Being brothers, Tristan and Alasdair have known each other the longest. While they are different in their unique ways, they find common ground in a love for playing the Civilization series and for anime. They also enjoy playing in their local bowling leagues, however, Alasdair definitely has a better curving ball than Tristan.
