Do you have a Room Block and Transportation?

Our room block is at the Hamilton Hotel in Alpharetta. Link to hotel is below. We will be providing a shuttle to and from the hotel and venue. We will have a space for you to sign up for hotel transportation. There are also ubers/lyfts in the area if you prefer to take those. What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests should arrive at 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure there is enough time for any traffic or unforeseen circumstances. The ceremony begins promptly at 6:30PM. We would love to have everyone seated at this time so we can begin the night.

No, you can only RSVP for the guests on the invitation.

While we would love to invite everyone, children that are invited will have their name listed on the invitation.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes parking is available in the Baptist church next door to the venue. There will also be a shuttle leaving from the The Hamilton bringing people to the venue.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding attire is cocktail. Men should wear a suit or a blazer with dress pants. Women should should wear cocktail dresses, mini, knee-length, midi, and floor length are all permitted. The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be indoors, please make your outfit choices accordingly.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony is planned for outdoors but if inclement weather is present it will be moved inside.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

We will have a buffet for dinner that will have options to accommodate most dietary restrictions. If you think you may not be be able to have what is served, please eat prior to coming.
