Do we have to stay in the Calypso or the Embassy?
Answer
No! You’re welcome to stay wherever you’d like. These are just two options we found that are close to the beach and offer convenient beach access. Ashlyn and Dylan’s families will be staying at these locations, but there is absolutely no obligation to stay there. We simply wanted to share them as suggestions in case anyone would like to stay together or be close to the rest of the group.

If we're flying in, will transportation be available to our accommodations, or should we rent a car?

Transportation will not be provided; however, we have arranged a reliable airport shuttle service for guests who prefer not to rent a vehicle. This service is available for an additional fee and can be reserved directly through our transportation vendor. Where is the wedding?

Ashlyn and Dylan will be getting married in Florida at The Chapel of 30A on October 2nd, 2026. Please note that the chapel is approx. 45 minutes from the lodging area. If you would like to utilize a pre-arranged shuttle, please scroll to the transportation information below.

Will there be shuttle transportation available to and from the wedding venue?

YES! To help ensure everyone has a reliable transportation option, we have arranged an optional round-trip shuttle service between the lodging area and the wedding venue. This service is available for an additional fee and can be reserved directly through our transportation vendor. Will food be provided?
Answer
Other than dinner at the wedding reception, meals will be on your own throughout the weekend. We chose this approach so guests can enjoy the area’s many restaurants and dining options based on their individual tastes and schedules. Guests staying at the Embassy Suites can also take advantage of the complimentary made-to-order breakfast offered each morning.

What is the dress code for the Wedding?

The dress code is cocktail! We kindly request that men wear suits and women wear cocktail dresses, the more color the better:)
