Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have both of our hotel recommendations listed under the "travel" tab here on our website!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation join us for our special day. We’re keeping our celebration intimate to stay within our budget and share this moment with our closest loved ones. Thank you for understanding! Please reach out if you have any questions.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear a range of midi or longer length dresses. For the Gentlemen, suit or blazer with dress pants and optional tie. Think summer colors, florals and linens. No jeans, white or casual wear please!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Since our ceremony begins promptly at 2pm, we kindly ask that you aim to arrive around 1:40pm to ensure you're seated on time.

Question

What do i do if i cant make it?

Answer

You will be missed! Please make sure to let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly! Thank you.

Question

Can i take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you join us in an unplugged ceremony. Please silence and put away your phones as we receive the sacred sacrament of matrimony. Thank you for being fully present with us during this special moment!

Question

What if i don't RSVP on time?

Answer

If we dont receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as a "no". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time frame they have given us. If you have any further questions you may reach out to the Bride and Groom. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

What should we do during the break between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

After the ceremony wraps up around 3pm, there will be a little downtime before the cocktail hour and reception start at 5:00pm. If you live nearby, feel free to head home and relax. If you're from out of town, we recommend checking out Avalon or Downtown Woodstock—there are lots of cute coffee shops and places to stroll around. We'll see you in the evening to start the party!
